Chaim V’Chessed continues to support the community during these trying times. In addition to our previously released videos, we are now pleased to present a special video presentation geared to teenage girls living in Israel who are experiencing this challenging situation.
Dr. Chaya Lieba Kobernick is Founder/Director of The CBT/DBT Center and serves as Associated Faculty, Long Island University. In this video, Dr. Kobernick discusses how to best manage these stressful and challenging times. She provides practical tools and advice on how to maintain safety and wellbeing.
