By now, most of our readers know Chaim V’Chessed. You know who we are, how we help and what we do. But really, who we are is secondary. The most important part of Chaim V’Chessed is you.
With the onset of spring, we’ve decided to share some of the feedback we received over the long winter. In these testimonials, you’ll meet real people just like you – people who needed help and found Chaim V’Chessed. To us, they mean the world. Because at Chaim V’Chessed, our work is all about the people we are here for, for every difficulty, every day.
Wishing the entire English-speaking community and all of klal Yisrael a wonderful spring and a chag kasher v’sameach.
Now that my husband is well on his way to recovery, we are able to sit back and reflect on the most difficult journey we confronted: the magnitude of the stress, as well as the deep gratitude we feel for Hashem, the doctors, hospital, and equally so for Paysach and Zevi. We have told so many about your incredible chessed. Although we hope no one will need your services when traveling to Israel, it is a great comfort knowing that there is help available.
We hope this email finds you well. With much gratitude and praise to Hashem, we are pleased to inform you that our son is baruch Hashem healthy and the disease is no longer of concern. We very much appreciate you being there for us, assisting us, and guiding us. You got us an MRI immediately, helped us with getting a passport, and always knew the next step. You responded to our calls and emails in a very prompt manner.
Thank you so much for all the information and for all of your help today! Such an amazing chessed! Much appreciated!
Chaim V’Chessed, run by Paysach Freedman and his devoted assistant, Zevi Weingarten, was a savior to us. Paysach and Zevi were constant fixtures in the hospital and their presence during our extremely trying time was reassuring. Each of them called us and stopped by virtually every day to determine if the family, none of which are residents of Israel, needed anything. They assisted us in navigating through the very complex insurance and financial aspects of my father’s hospitalization. In addition, Paysach and Zevi provided information and resources and in general, if there was anything we needed, big or small, we knew whom to call.
Thanks so much! I can’t believe how much you have done for us….You guys are great!
