Foreigners Who Reside in Israel

Foreigners are now banned from entering Israel.

Those who are able to prove that the center of their lives is in Israel may apply for permission to enter Israel, though this is becoming increasingly difficult.

As of this moment, the process is: Fill out this application form. Send the form, together with a copy of your passport, itinerary and any evidence of life in Israel (such as student visas, arnona bills, rental contracts, etc) to the Israeli embassy or consulate nearest to you.
