Since August, Israel has regarded England as a Green country. This has meant that travelers arriving from England have been exempt from quranatine upon arrival in Israel.
Now, due to rising infection rates in the United Kingdom, Israel’s Health Ministry will be changing England’s status to Red. The authorities are providing a grace period before this change takes effect. Hence, the change will take place at midnight of October 23, meaning the night between Thursday and Friday, next week.
