As the war continues to impact daily life across Israel, Chaim V’Chessed has expanded its programming beyond bureaucratic guidance and crisis assistance to address multiple pressing needs in the community.
Over the past several weeks, the organization has hosted a variety of Zoom workshops covering topics from navigating daily challenges and practical coping strategies to fostering connection and resilience during uncertain times. These sessions have offered guidance, encouragement, and tools to help participants face the difficulties of ongoing security challenges with confidence and support. Recordings are available here.
Building on the strong response to these initiatives, Chaim V’Chessed will be hosting an upcoming free Zoom workshop featuring acclaimed motivational speaker and workshop facilitator Debbie Hirsch.
Titled “Lighten Up – A Workshop in Positivity, Playfulness, & Stress Relief,” the session will offer practical strategies to help women and girls cultivate greater positivity and emotional balance, even amid difficult circumstances.
The workshop will take place on Sunday, March 15 at 8:30 PM IST, via Zoom. This event is for women only. Please note that no recording will be available. Registration is now open at this link.
