Due to recent difficulties faced by U.S. citizens in receiving passports and documents, Chaim V’Chessed is now offering a temporary service: A free courier service for applicants whose passports are at the Beit Hanina pickup center. After being collected by Chaim V’Chessed representatives, passports will be available for safe and convenient pickup at Chaim V’Chessed offices in Har Chotzvim – eliminating the need to travel to Bet Hanina. To register for this service, click below.
It is hoped that this will provide a viable short term solution until the delivery system is improved. Chaim V’Chessed remains committed to helping the community – ensuring passport collection is safe, reliable, and stress-free.
- Chaim V’Chessed makes no commitments regarding the successful retrieval of passports and cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise.
- After completing the registration form, please do not contact Chaim V’Chessed. You will be contacted by email as soon as we have received your passport.
- It is hoped that passports will arrive at Chaim V’Chessed within one week of registration. If you need your passport sooner than that, please do not register for this service.
- Passports will be available for pickup at the Chaim V’Chessed offices, Rad Tower, 16 Hartom Street, Jerusalem, between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
- Passports not collected within 10 days will be returned to the U.S. Embassy.
Thank you for your interest in Chaim V’Chessed’s passport collection service.
Due to overwhelming demand, registration is now closed.
